Identity verification (KYC). mk789 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and may conduct verification at any point during the Account lifecycle. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (KTP, SIM, or valid passport) and proof of residential address. Players who fail or refuse to complete KYC will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is successfully completed.
Account information accuracy. The name registered on your mk789 Account must exactly match the name held on your payment accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other accepted method). mk789 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where a name mismatch is identified, pending satisfactory resolution.
Accepted deposit methods. mk789 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the deposit page within your Account at the time of transaction.
Deposit processing. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by mk789's payment processor. mk789 is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, you should contact mk789 customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your mk789 Account. mk789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) are typically processed within 3–15 minutes to Indonesian bank accounts and within 5 minutes to e-wallets.
Withdrawal conditions. Before a withdrawal request will be approved, the following conditions must be met:
Deposits from third parties. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. mk789 operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy and will cooperate with any competent authority investigating suspicious financial activity.
mk789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Wagering requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "No Wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as live sports betting at odds below 1.50) may not contribute toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement — consult the specific promotion terms for full details.
Bonus abuse. mk789 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to meet wagering requirements; coordinated play between Accounts to exploit a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, mk789 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently bar the Player from future promotions.
All games and betting products offered on the mk789 Platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or product section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with those rules before placing any wager.
Sportsbook. Bets placed on the mk789 sportsbook are subject to the published odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds update continuously; mk789 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or correct an obvious pricing error at any time. Bets placed after an event has concluded (regardless of how the error arose) will be voided and the stake refunded.
Live casino. The outcome of all live casino games is determined by real-time dealer actions and/or certified physical equipment. mk789 does not control the outcome of live dealer games operated by its third-party studio partners (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). mk789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or void balances associated with that Account, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for a reason other than a Player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period. mk789 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account closure where doing so would compromise a security investigation or conflict with applicable law.
Player-initiated closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting mk789 customer support. Any pending withdrawals that have cleared KYC requirements will be processed before the Account is closed.
